Description and Requirements

About Us: Join our dynamic Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) Product Marketing Team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Our team is dedicated to driving the success of our digital workplace solutions through strategic marketing initiatives.


Position Overview:

In this dynamic role, you will be an integral part of the core Product Marketing team, directly supporting the Product Marketing Team supporting our cutting-edge, AI-Enhanced Digital Workplace solutions.

You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing Management and Brand Marketing to help with content development, assist in supporting launch plans, and drive essential competitive intelligence and market insights (which will be your core project as an intern).

This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global technology environment where Product Marketing directly influences product strategy and customer success. You will gain exposure to cross-functional teams, including Services and Solutions Marketing, ensuring our offerings are clearly differentiated and ready for successful market adoption.

This role is ideal for analytical and creative students passionate about AI innovation, modern workplace transformation, and thriving in a high-growth tech setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing collateral for digital workplace solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, email, and web.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies.
  • Core Project: Competitive Analysis Report with a deep-dive analysis of 5-7 key competitors including: Feature comparison matrix & value proposition mapping
  • Support the planning and coordination of product marketing launches.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Power Automate).
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools and AI workflows
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, data forward and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
