Digital Workspace Solutions (DWS) Product Enablement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Product Enablement Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and go-to-market execution for Lenovo's expanding Digital Workspace Solutions (DWS) business. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex DWS offerings into clear, compelling sales messages and for actively partnering with Sales to build pipeline and accelerate opportunities.

Working closely with Product Management, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will act as the local bridge between global solution strategy and field execution. You will serve as a trusted advisor to sellers and channel partners, providing thought leadership, enablement, and hands-on support across direct and indirect channels. As the DWS Subject Matter Expert, you will guide solution positioning, ensure offering clarity, and lead go-to-market strategy to drive adoption and revenue.

The ideal candidate is sales-focused, comfortable operating in an evolving environment, and able to move with urgency. Success in this role requires strong follow-through, the ability to simplify complex solutions, and the confidence to engage directly with sales to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market and enablement plans for DWS solutions within the assigned geography.

  • Partner directly with Sales to drive pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and deal support.

  • Act as the local DWS Subject Matter Expert for sellers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Serve as the bridge between global Offering Managers and regional Sales teams, ensuring local alignment and execution.

  • Translate complex DWS solutions into clear, outcome-based sales messaging and enablement assets.

  • Support new solution launches, including readiness, positioning, communication, and adoption. Provide pre-sales enablement and solution guidance for direct and indirect sales.

  • Manage pricing updates, solution catalog changes, and offering enhancements in coordination with Offering Management.

  • Ensure data accuracy and readiness across Geo-appropriate tools and systems.

  • Deliver individual, group, and event-based enablement sessions to Sales and Channel teams.

  • When processes are unclear or missing, quickly establish structure, document repeatable workflows, gain alignment, and execute.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product enablement, services enablement, product marketing, or product management.

  • Proven ability to partner with Sales and influence pipeline and revenue outcomes.

  • Strong strategic thinking with a customer- and seller-first mindset.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to translate complex, technical solutions into simple, actionable sales messages.

  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and sales/CRM tools.

Preferred Requirements
