Sales Account Manager

Your main responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure, renew, and expand service agreements while managing accounts receivable
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and achieve sales objectives
  • Collaborate with Field Superintendents and technicians to drive lead generation and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, qualify customer needs, and introduce company products and services with clear value propositions
  • Negotiate contracts and develop sales strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions
  • Prepare estimates, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years B2B sales experience in the elevator or related industry
  • Proven track record in sales, negotiation, objection handling, and closing deals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to connect with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to manage customer accounts, handle inquiries, and resolve issues with a revenue-focused approach
  • Experience developing sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and introducing new products and services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience and flexibility for fieldwork and travel preferred
  • Excellent time management, organization, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset aligned with company values
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with junior sales staff, Field Superintendents, and technicians to drive quality and performance
