Join us as a Field Superintendent - New Installation Your main responsibilities Lead and build high-performing field teams, fostering teamwork, communication, and strong union relationships Manage training and development of technicians on safety, tools, quality standards, and company processes Ensure all installation projects meet company quality, safety, and contractual requirements Monitor project progress, drive installation efficiency, and conduct job-site readiness walkthroughs Provide technical solutions, support sales and project management, and resolve customer concerns Adjust manpower and resources to meet business needs while maximizing profitability and productivity Participate in professional development to maintain expertise in company products, services, and procedures What you bring Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or Business with prior technical sales experience, or Journeyman Technician with at least 5 years of field experience Minimum 3 years of experience in the elevator industry or a related building systems field Proven ability to manage and resolve sensitive employee relations issues effectively Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a high sense of urgency and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard PC applications What's in it for you?
