This position is responsible for general labor duties including maintaining the building and grounds for the Waste Pro facility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Responsibility for general building maintenance * Responsibility for maintaining cleanliness of facility including restrooms, storage areas, garages and grounds. * Walks property to check for repairs * Removes environmental hazards * Parking lot maintenance -cleans and maintains a safe parking lot and outlying property. * Maintains the ground foliage including grass, plants and trees. Mows grass, trims trees, weeds flower beds, edges borders, and cleans gutters as needed. * Paints specified areas as determined | |
