IT Service Manager - Device Lifecycle Management AMERICA
Join Hitachi Energy to run regional Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) services that keep teams equipped and ready to deliver projects across the power value chain. You will manage forecasting, fulfilment, procurement, portfolio management, and hardware/IT asset management (ITAM), aligning regional operations with global standards and service levels. You'll guide a regional squad (controller and support specialists), shape continuous improvement with the DLM Center of Excellence and other regions, and communicate status, risks, and opportunities that enhance service effectiveness across complex, multi-country operations.
