As a Security Professional - Healthcare Patrol Rounds in Newtown Square, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with staff, visitors, and patients, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and promote a secure atmosphere.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain an orderly environment.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings to help to deter potential security-related issues and address concerns promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being at least 21 years of age is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
