Summary:

In this role, you will lead project teams to deliver high-value pharmacy consulting services that enhance client performance across their systems of care. You will synthesize data-driven insights to identify medication and operational opportunities, guide the execution of complex projects, oversee engagement portfolios, and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with senior executives. You will collaborate closely with consultants, client hospitals, and Vizient regional offices to develop and refine pharmacy service offerings, including new solutions that improve cost efficiency, strengthen clinical pharmacy operations, and expand 340B strategy.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of through direct reports. Guide qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate insights and recommendations that address complex client challenges across the healthcare delivery model.
* Manage project scope, financial performance, and an annual portfolio of pharmacy consulting engagements.
* Lead the development and enhancement of 340B pharmacy program strategies in collaboration with client pharmacists, managers, coordinators, and executives.
* Analyze pharmaceutical purchasing data and conduct interviews to identify opportunities for improved formulary management.
* Coordinate and deliver consulting activities related to 340B registration, compliance, split-billing software, implementation support, HRSA preparedness, outsourcing solutions, and optimized integration.
* Maintain standardized documents, tools, and calculators that support pharmacy consulting offerings.
* Evaluate and position new 340B strategic opportunities in alignment with client needs and market trends.
* Research emerging practices and collaborate with key pharmacy opinion leaders to develop innovative service offerings.
* Craft and deliver influential communications with clarity and confidence to senior executive-level audiences.
* Develop strong, lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications:

* Relevant degree preferred.
* 10 or more years of relevant experience required, experience in pharmacy highly preferred.
* 3 or more years of experience with 340B in a hospital environment required.
* Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate (ACE) required.
* Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with executive-level clients.
* Experience managing complex, multi-dimensional consulting projects.
* Knowledge of healthcare data, formulary management, and pharmacy operations.
* Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.
