We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

The Content Authenticity Initiative

With the increasing power and availability of powerful generative AI tools, the world of creativity is exploding with potential. But with this power comes responsibility, and digital content, provenance, or Content Credentials (http://contentcredentials.org/) is critical to ensure transparency for consumers. It's also an important part of addressing the spread of disinformation and ultimately restoring trust in content, wherever we find it.

The Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) team at Adobe believes that building a long-term solution is a shared responsibility among creators, technology companies, civil society, and media publishers. We succeed by joining together to develop an international technical standard (C2PA (http://c2pa.org/)), bolstered by a rich open-source ecosystem and simple user experiences. This is the work of the Adobe CAI team. With over 5000 members, the CAI serves a community of implementers and ensures leading Content Credentials experiences are available across the entire Adobe product suite.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys pairing polished visual design with thoughtful UX, and who feels comfortable working across product surfaces, marketing touchpoints, and brand-forward storytelling. You'll help create clarity, cohesion, and narrative around features used by creators, consumers, and enterprise partners who rely on Content Credentials to understand the provenance of digital content.

  • Produce high-quality visual design, UI layouts, interaction flows, illustrations, and refined UI states that strengthen trust and clarity in Content Credentials.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, approachable interfaces with guidance from senior designers and product partners.

  • Create detailed mockups, flows, prototypes, and design documentation to support engineering handoff and cross-functional alignment.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-cloud design partners to integrate CAI features into flagship Adobe products and partner experiences.

  • Support visual storytelling efforts, including lightweight brand-influenced illustrations, educational UI, diagrams, and content used across marketing, documentation, and partner outreach.

What you need to succeed
  • 2-4+ years of professional experience designing digital products (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop).

  • Ability to deliver thoughtful, high-quality visual design and interaction design within complex systems.

  • Interest or experience in designing marketing, branding, or educational contexts, especially when simplifying technical concepts.

  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, usable solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including clear design storytelling.

  • Enthusiasm for working closely with engineering and iterating based on technical input and user feedback.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates visual craft, systems-aware thinking, and attention to detail.

  • Bonus: Comfort prototyping with AI tools or incorporating AI-assisted workflows, such as generating UI components, user flows, or interactive prototypes using AI.

Preferred Accessibility Design Skills:

  • Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.

  • Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.

  • Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
