Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3 PM

Starting Pay is $22.15 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training / DailyPay Available

As a Security Officer - Unarmed CRE Patrol in Boston, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role includes conducting routine patrols and providing outstanding customer service, supporting a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons at the location.
• Document all activities, observations, and incidents according to Allied Universal and client site guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with property management and other personnel to help to maintain a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
