As a Security Officer - Distribution Center Patrol - Full Time in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a dynamic logistics and distribution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, checking badges, and conducting routine patrols. Your role involves remaining visible, assisting visitors and employees, and providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution facility, verifying credentials and managing entry and exit points for authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Perform security-related patrols throughout the warehouse and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or suspicious behavior.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established Allied Universal protocols.
• Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors, addressing inquiries and assisting with directions as needed.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, and/or maintenance needs observed during patrols or while monitoring access points.
• Assist with emergency response activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
