Description Medical Group PracticesManagement/Leadership MaineHealth is currently seeking a Clinical Manager - Practice Operations,Maternal and Fetal Medicine (MFM) - to supervise and oversee all operational aspects ofthe department, including clinical services and staffing needs. The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating the clinical workflow in order to provide the most efficient, effective, safe and comprehensive patient care. This Leader will have direct reports including RN and Administrative direct reports, and an ultrasound supervisor. Under the supervisor's guidance, this practice supports multiple (9) ambulatory practices ultrasound interpretation. With a robust scope, we are seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our team. Our office location is in Portland Maine. Summary: This position is responsible for supervising both clinical and administrative staff, and coordinating the daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction.
