The Customer Service Coordinator must possess the ability to analyze customer accounts accordingly and provide an accurate explanation of account balances billed to the patient. Hours: Full Time (40 hours) Day Shift Weekend Work Not Required Non-Exempt Location: Hybrid Johns Hopkins Hospital 6201 Greenleigh Avenue Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of call center or health care experience. Candidate must successfully pass the required designated language assessment before a job offer. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
