The 340B Program Administrator is responsible for planning, implementing, supporting, and optimizing projects related to the 340B program at UPH-Meriter. Additionally, the analyst will provide financial analysis and data support to pharmacy managers and directors. The analyst will support these individuals with budget development and variance reporting. This individual participates in the policy and procedure development, education to internal and external stakeholders, rules/ guidance surveillance, registration/ recertification, self and external audits, contract management, reporting and program enhancement/ optimization projects, particularly those surrounding integrations efforts between UPH-Meriter and UW Health. Serves as the subject matter expert for all matters regarding the 340B Program. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee all uses of the split billing software.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or education related to applicable department
  • Additional experience may substitute for education

Experience:
  • Three (3) years of related experience and one (1) year of subject matter experience in applicable field

Other:
  • Must have excellent communication skills in sharing information with users within the department
