**Your Impact as a Graphic / Production Designer:**

As a vital member of our design team, you will be instrumental in creating compelling digital assets that support our marketing initiatives and product promotions. You'll be the force behind ensuring our online presence is not only visually striking but also consistent and engaging across all platforms. This role offers a fantastic platform to hone your skills, gain invaluable experience with a leading brand, and see your work directly influence our customer engagement and brand perception. You will collaborate closely with senior designers, contributing to projects that have a broad reach and significant business impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide essential production-level design support for a variety of digital marketing materials, including promotional content, email components, social media graphics, and web banners.

* Utilize industry-standard design software, primarily Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, to manage and edit templates and create new assets.

* Ensure the highest level of consistency and quality across all digital promotional materials and partner websites.

* Collaborate with senior designers on both production and conceptual design tasks, contributing to versioning and broader creative projects.

* Support the creation of various design elements for product marketing on websites, enhancing visual appeal and user experience.

* Regularly use digital asset management (DAM) tools to organize, access, and maintain creative materials efficiently.

* Adapt to a predominantly digital design workflow, with a strong focus on digital content creation.

* Contribute to the overall accuracy and quality assurance of all design assets.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have:**

* 2+ years of professional graphic design and production work experience.

* Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

* Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver high-quality production work.

* Ability to work full-time in an on-site office environment.

* A strong willingness to learn and the ability to effectively take direction from senior design staff.

* Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.

**Nice-to-Have:**

* Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems.

* Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.

* Prior experience in agency or manufacturing settings.

**Additional Information:**

This is a full-time, on-site (Menomonee Falls) contract role with an initial duration of approximately 6 months, with a strong possibility for extension. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team, gain mentorship, and receive training that will significantly grow your graphic design skills while contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.
