Call Center Supervisor Golden, CO Pay: $45,000 per year MUST: Eligible for Public Trust 3+ years of experience in customer service-related field preferably in a call center environment 2+ years of experience in Supervisory role Experience with ordering and tracking supplies Experience working in a call center specific environment Managing schedules and timecard administration experience desired Strong communication skills both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong customer service skills DUTIES: Support agents with procedures and process for complex transactions Preparation of reports and analyzing data to assist management Provide technical assistance to clinical specialists Guiding the clinician through the remote order entry system Conducting model changes Device registration Making serial number changes Telehealth service entry procedures Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards and policies Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
