We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. You will work closely with a team of experts working alongside our customers on some of North America's most significant projects. And we are pleased to have contributed to projects like the Fargo-Moorhead Flood Diversion in Fargo, ND, the Potomac River Crossing in Washington, DC, and the Van Sinderen Avenue Streetscape Improvements in Brooklyn, NY

Your key responsibilities will be:



  • Assists in project planning, monitoring, and forecasting, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Supports project change, and risk management, and ensures compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Facilitates meetings, prepares agendas, and manages documentation.
  • Maintains stakeholder relations and communicates project requirements to teams.
  • Tracks project financial performance, manages earned value and analyzes reports.
  • Assists in subcontractor management, invoicing, and contract preparation.

On top of that, you will have:



  • Completed post-secondary education in engineering, business, project management, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination/management, project controls, commercial contracts, or financial roles, preferably in construction or engineering.
  • Proficiency in project management fundamentals, including earned value analysis, work breakdown structure, and project management plan development.
  • Advanced organizational and planning skills that support the effective management of several deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient written and spoken communication skills, with a solid command of Office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in decision-making and resolving complex issues, alongside a readiness to shift focus as priorities change and contribute positively to collaborative efforts.

Base compensation: $70,000 to $105,600 for NYC location only. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education, experience, skill set and/or location
