Life Takes You Places! Are you ready to join us? The starting base salary range for a VP-Strategic Growth & Market Enablement is $175,000 to $250,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and company tenure & equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance. VP-Strategic Growth & Market Enablement Overview The Vice President of Strategic Growth & Market Enablement will serve as a critical connector and driver across all market-facing growth functions. This leader will own go-to-market strategy, proposal excellence, competitive intelligence, and select business development initiatives, enabling the EVP to focus on enterprise strategy and strategic partnerships. This critical role requires both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can translate strategy into execution that advances the company's growth agenda.
