As a Security Officer - Access Control Specialist in CLARKSVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and contribute to a secure environment. You will remain highly visible, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate with both visitors and team members. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately to emergencies when needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for any unusual conditions.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns within the food and beverage production environment.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
• Support site operations by reporting maintenance or hazards encountered during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors, providing assistance as needed while upholding security-related protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
