Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to support a secure environment, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals entering the location to help to deter prohibited items and/or unauthorized access, following established protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions as required.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas to support a secure environment within the financial institution.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site.
• Report and document any suspicious activity, security-related incidents, or hazards according to Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
