Retail Banking Relationship Sales Officer Washington Trust is seeking an experienced Relationship Sales Officer to support our Retail Banking Team and develop new and existing consumer and business banking relationships within the Rhode Island/Southeastern CT/Southern MA markets. The goal of this position is to support our customers to achieve their financial goals by providing both personal and business banking solutions. This role requires a strong communicator to collaborate with branch staff and business partners utilizing a consultative sales model to understand the clients' holistic business and consumer needs. Solutions may include deposits, loans, cash management, commercial loans or wealth management and any other applicable banking services. Additionally, the RSO will network with external COIs and internal partners to prospect opportunities. CRM will be utilized to refer and manage pipeline activity. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
