What this job involves - As a core member of our division leadership team, the Senior Director, Program Execution will lead the hands-on implementation and delivery of strategic initiatives to accelerate business growth. This individual will drive day-to-day execution, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into actionable projects with measurable outcomes. They will manage cross-functional program delivery, resolve implementation roadblocks, and maintain rigorous oversight of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while building scalable execution capabilities across the division.

What your day-to-day looks like:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape division priorities focused on operational efficiencies, revenue growth, and global connectivity
  • Translate strategic priorities into a unified roadmap of program initiatives and executable projects
  • Facilitate the end-to-end program management of initiatives by proactively building and managing integrated project plans and timelines, risk management plans, communication plans, and governance routines
  • Initiatives are likely to encompass employee and client engagement; global service delivery; internal compliance; account management excellence; preparing talent for new opportunities; technical and diverse talent outreach; innovation; culture enhancement; and eminence building.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive execution management strategy to support and enable the division in achieving its strategic goals while creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability
  • Independently lead cross-functional teams, steward organizational resources, and collaborate across divisions and with colleagues globally to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Help teams meet goals, accelerating progress by making dynamic contributions, driving timely decisions, clearing blockers, and making trade-offs
  • Define OKRs and maintain metrics for all programs, breaking them down into trackable project work streams to deliver on the plans
  • Track and report on the health of the roadmap to manage progress, evaluate results, ensure value delivery, learn from feedback, and adjust
  • Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to the leadership team, participating in meetings, offering fresh ideas or different perspectives, and following up on action items with the team accordingly
  • Architect and develop a centralized program management function by working across various functions and accounts to identify, document, and communicate standard account management processes
  • Partner with the leadership team on emergent topics, meetings, and deliverables, including pulling and consolidating relevant data, analyzing and summarizing trends and implications, and developing impactful messages and presentations
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar required. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree preferred.
  • PMP, Six Sigma Certification, or equivalent highly desirable
  • Hands-on project delivery experience with proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives from inception to completion
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills and ability to influence behaviors and outcomes without direct authority. Ability to motivate others and teams toward bar-raising performance.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with senior leaders, both orally and through written executive communications, white papers, and presentations
  • Knack for developing creative solutions to complex problems, challenging the status quo, and advocating for change
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, efficiently manage multiple deliverables, and meet tight deadlines

Estimated compensation for this position:

140,000.00 - 180,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
