In this role, you'll play a critical part in welcoming new team members and equipping them with the tools and knowledge to thrive in our fast-paced, innovative environment. What You'll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires during their first week, providing guidance and support as they integrate into the team
  • Play a key role in onboarding new employees at Giga Texas, ensuring they're ready to contribute to Tesla's groundbreaking work
  • Alternate between presenting to large groups and coaching individual's one-on-one in a dynamic, high-energy setting
  • Partner with internal teams to keep onboarding programs engaging, effective, and aligned with our mission
  • Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience for future Tesla team members
  • Update and maintain onboarding materials to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and reflective of Tesla's evolving needs
  • Conduct one-on-one training to help employees master Tesla systems, processes, and role-specific tasks

What You'll Bring
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with comfort addressing groups of 50+ and providing personalized one-on-one coaching
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach them clearly and patiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High professionalism, empathy, and a customer-service mindset to support new hires during their transition
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Experience in training, facilitation, or onboarding (preferred), ideally in a high-growth or innovative setting
  • A confident, approachable, and engaging presence that helps others feel supported and inspired to contribute to Tesla's mission
