OVERVIEW - Junior Reliability Engineer JLL is seeking aJunior Reliability Engineerto join our team! In JLL Work Dynamics our most significant assets are our "People" and our "Clients". Acting as a technical subject matter expert you will be supported in achieving external qualifications and becoming globally recognized in RAM. This exciting opportunity is responsible for providing reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets. The purpose of this role is to develop robust analysis in determining reliability of assets, components, equipment, and processes in accordance with JLL's enhanced Reliability & Asset Management program. Data is extracted from connected systems and used to continually improve maintenance programs to meet outcomes-based performance measures. Moreover, this role oversees root cause failure analysis (RCFA) of equipment failures to determine the required corrective action for the situation including cost avoidance, return on investment, alternative options, and action plans that comply with client intentions to maximize reliability and efficiency of their assets. Develops analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment, and processes in accordance with JLL's enhanced Reliability & Asset Management program. Acquires and analyzes data from connected systems and continually improves maintenance program strategy to meet outcomes-based performance measures. Conducts ongoing maintenance maturity assessments to assure progress to plan. Oversees root cause failure analysis (RCFA) of equipment failures to determine the required corrective action for the situation. Consideration will be given to the cost limitations for equipment uptime/downtime, repair/replacement costs and weight, size, and availability of materials/equipment. Determines cost advantages of alternatives and develops action plans that comply with internal/external customer demands for reliability processes/equipment to avoid failures. Estimated compensation for this position: 85,000.00 - 105,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
