| Position Summary |
This position will work with the development team in the Arts and Sciences Foundation on a special project to conduct individual reviews of each fundraiser's portfolios of donor prospects. The university program manager will exercise a high level of independent decision-making, research, and expertise in prospect management and donor pipeline development. This position will be responsible for meeting individually with each of the development officers, conducting a thorough analysis of each portfolio, provide post-review recommendations and plan updates, keep detailed notes of action items, and provide training to Foundation team to maintain this type of work in the future. |
| Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in the area of assignment, of which at least one is supervisory or in a lead-worker capacity; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |

| Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience |
Experience working in prospect management and portfolio assessments in university development. Experience working with
DAVIE or an equivalent
CRM is preferred. |
