TITLE: Process Improvement Engineer



POSITION OBJECTIVE: Support Central Engineering Team at HQ with capital and process improvement projects



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or Engineering) is a plus.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or PMP are preferred.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, SQL, Excel).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems


  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement projects.
  • Analyze performance data and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and process audits.
  • Support HQ Administration team for daily operation



WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:



  • This role may require 25% of business travel
