What You'll Do:

Ensure day-to-day operational stability and provide expert technical support to our customers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Linux environments.

• Contribute to the management and automation of our cloud platform infrastructure.

• Collaborate with a fast-paced, innovative team to improve reliability, performance, and scalability.

• Participate in on-call rotations and provide Tier 1-3 support.

• Gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies based on customer needs.

Position Requirements:

• Experience: 12 years in software development/engineering, including analysis, design, development, integration, testing, maintenance, and problem resolution.

• Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related technical field is preferred (counts as 2 years of experience). Master's in a technical field counts as 4 years. Note: Degrees in Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar are also acceptable.

• Certifications (one required):

  • AWS Certified Developer - Associate

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional

  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate

  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKAD)

  • Elastic Certified Engineer or Elastic Certified Observability Engineer

• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with current polygraph required.

• Preferred Skills: Prometheus, JIRA, HDFS, Virtualization, Salt/Ansible, Grafana, OpenStack, AWS.
