Pay and Schedule

Compensation: Salary dependent on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed medical records summaries and legal chronologies
• Draft and summarize deposition transcripts and related documentation
• Handle subpoenas and manage medical record requests
• Coordinate Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), including records submission
• Conduct legal research and assist with case analysis
• Support attorneys with insurance defense case preparation
• Maintain organized, accurate case files and documentation
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal in Insurance Defense litigation
• Proven experience with medical records, deposition summaries, and chronologies
• Strong background in medical record review and analysis
• Minimum of 2 years of legal secretary experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and immediately contribute with minimal training
