A well-established manufacturer known for quality craftsmanship and precision-built products is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for professionals who excel in warehouse supervision, logistics coordination, and customer-focused fulfillment.

Hours & Pay

Pay Range: $64,000 - $68,000 annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and returns
• Hire, train, develop, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff within your area of responsibility
• Enforce and follow up on safety, security, and sanitation programs
• Plan and schedule distribution services, material flow, and administrative activities
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time
• Monitor transportation providers for pickup schedules and service issues
• Maintain and improve space layout plans to support productivity and workflow
• Review operational procedures and recommend process improvements
• Coordinate with internal departments to support company goals and customer satisfaction
• Administer discipline when necessary and uphold company policies
• Open or close the facility as required and perform other related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Hands-on experience with forklifts, order pulling, and RF scanning systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to lift up to 60-70 lbs and perform physical warehouse work regularly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment
