Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time hours; local routes (no over-the-road driving)
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Career Path: Strong opportunity to convert to full-time employment after 520 hours based on attendance and performance

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver product to local customer locations using a box truck or sprinter van
• Load, unload, and hand-deliver cases into customer inventory
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT guidelines
• Verify deliveries using invoices and collect customer signatures as required
• Safely secure the vehicle and merchandise throughout each route
• Use a smartphone for hours-of-service tracking and route communication
• Travel locally, averaging approximately 160 miles per day

What We're Looking For

• Valid state driver's license (Non-CDL)
• 2+ years of delivery or commercial driving experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally (heavy touch freight)
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (for applicable vehicle weight)
• High school diploma or GED
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
