Your Opportunity: TechSource is hiring a part-time Psychologist to conduct psychological evaluations in an occupational health setting at the Pantex plant. This is a remote role, with occasional travel to the Pantex site, located outside of Amarillo, TX. Primary Responsibilities: * Provide professional expertise in psychological assessments for the Human Reliability Program (HRP), a Title 10 Federal Code of Regulations Part 712 security and safety reliability program designed to ensure individuals who occupy specific positions roles access to certain materials, nuclear devices, facilities, and programs that meet the highest standards of reliability and physical and psychological suitability. * Conduct semi-structured interviews and administer approved objective personality tests. * Make recommendations and document them. (You will not provide treatment or Employee Assistance Program - EAP - services to employees but rather function in an evaluative and consultative role.) Job Requirements: * Active DOE Q (or DoD Top Secret) security clearance required. * Doctoral degree from a clinical psychology program that includes a one-year clinical internship, approved by the American Psychological Association. * 3 or more years of postdoctoral clinical experience with a major emphasis on psychological assessment and testing. * Possess a valid, unrestricted state license to practice psychology.
