CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Construction Administration Architect to join our Buildings Team in Albany or Syracuse, NY and help deliver innovative, sustainable, and integrated building designs. This is your opportunity to lead complex projects from concept through construction, mentor emerging talent, and make a lasting impact on the built environment. What You'll Do:
Serve as CHA's primary point of contact during construction administration including overseeing customary management of RFIs, PCOs, submittals, and other CA activities

Salary Range: $112,500 - $137,500 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
