Job Summary Maintains shift accountability for providing quality services in a cost effective/efficient manner. Accountable for the scheduling and allocating the correct number and type of staff, keeping in mind the global staffing picture. Helps train staff in their roles and provides consistent and continuous input regarding staff performance. Accountable for daily job assignments and making sure all assignments are complete and/or adequately handled by the end of the shift. Responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment in a cost-effective and timely manner and tracks equipment. Essential Functions
