Description
The Business Architect, Lending serves as a key liaison between the business users, stakeholders, and technology teams. This role actively participates in requirements gathering sessions and translates business needs, process flows, use cases, and integrates documents into a fully functional Temenos application that aligns with business objectives. Success in this role requires expertise in the Temenos LOS Platform, Temenos Business Architecture, Design and Construction of Temenos LOS Application, and the ability to build business capabilities in Temenos LOS Platform that support the organization's strategic goals.

Job Duties
  • Confidently lead requirements discussions, offering thoughtful pushback when needed to encourage the use of out-of-the-box capabilities that align with business needs
  • Identify micro journeys, persona experiences, data needs, and communication channels, outlining key milestones, and key project deliverables, to achieve the outcome
  • Apply strong understanding of Temenos technologies to ensure optimal use of platform capabilities and adherence to guardrails
  • Actively contributes to requirements design and build phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed within the established timelines
  • In partnership with senior leadership, lead Temenos/Lending design sessions with business stakeholders
  • Work with System Architects, Product Owners, and other business stakeholders to support the development of requirements, solution concepts, and prototypes
  • Help identify potential gaps in solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability
  • Collaborate \with Product Owners, Project Managers, and business units to define and prioritize the team's backlog to meet deliverables in a fast paced agile/scrum environment
  • Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities
  • Identify, interpret, and define business needs and features transferring them into epics, stories, enhancements
Essential Skills
  • Minimum 4 years' experience of working in IT with a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Temenos Architect, preferably in the financial services industry, including experience with architecture, systems analysis, testing, and deployment experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working on Agile projects
  • Demonstrated experience developing use cases, user stories, functional and technical data mapping, test cases, system flows, workflow charts, diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Strong knowledge of software development tools and technologies
  • Strong knowledge with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Development Process, gathering technical requirements, and process improvement
  • Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with supervision in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Good business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
  • Possess hands-on developer experience to better understand development complexities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science or other related fields of study or equivalent
  • Certification/License: Temenos Certification
Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 | Rocklin, CA 95765 | (HYBRID)
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $95k - $110k annually + annual bonus
Target Compensation inRocklin, CA 95765: $105k - $120k annually + annual bonus
