As a Senior Project Manager, you have strong negotiation skills and the aptitude to navigate difficult situations with professionalism and ethics. You have demonstrated leadership and are expected to successfully manage a project team. Your expertise, work ethic, attention to detail and versatility will form the foundation of every build. The Project: This is a 15 story, 498,000 sf student housing project right next to the University of Michigan that will have an emphasis on sustainability. The new building will consist of 364 units and 1222 beds that college students will call home. This property will feature a rooftop pool, fitness center, recreation rooms and much more. This project broke ground in the Spring of 2025 with a completion date in Summer of 2027. Key Responsibilities:
