Cottage Health seeks a Director, Data & Analytics CoE, Care Delivery Applications & Clinical Informatics for it's CH ITS Administration department to lead and manage the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE), Care Delivery Applications, and Clinical Informatics teams. This role partners with clinical, financial, business, ITS and executive leaders to ensure the CoE and CottageOne clinical application suite is meeting strategic, operational, and business needs of the organization. This role is a customer facing role that requires communicating with key stakeholders from across the organization and is responsible for understanding agile processes and prioritization of analytics, care delivery, and clinical informatics requests.

Responsibilities include:



  • Development and support of the CoE, clinical applications, and clinical informatics strategy in alignment with overall ITS strategy.
  • Implements and facilitates the governance necessary to oversee the execution and support.
  • Development, management and monitoring overall operating and capital budgets. Collaborates with the Project Management Office (PMO) on projects and resources.
  • Directs internal and external reporting to perform substantiative, comprehensive, and quantitative analysis to facilitate data driven decision-making.
  • Responsible for delivery of analytics and reporting to meeting business needs and for effective use of analytics resources and capabilities.

Education:



  • Preferred: Master's Degree


Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:



  • Preferred: Data & Analytics and/or Clinical Informatics certification.


Technical Requirements:



  • Minimum: Demonstrated understanding of application lifecycle management, data, analytics and reporting experience.


Years of Related Work Experience:



  • Minimum: Five (5) years management experience
  • Preferred: Three (3) years experience working in healthcare IT setting
