Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive manufacturing of cables, prototypes, and production assemblies; repairing field and lab assets; and manufacturing initial builds working with Engineering.
  • Candidates should be able to work from schematics, engineering drawings, and models, and written or verbal instructions.
  • Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in the prescribed format.
  • Performs calibration checks, makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed, and prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
  • The candidate shall modify/repair test equipment and prototypes according to drawings, specifications, or as directed by an engineering liaison.
  • The candidate is responsible for performing all assigned duties in a safe and compliant manner and for apprising supervision of all issues that could impact our business.
  • The selected candidates will be responsible for building assemblies and reporting back any engineering discrepancies they find before they hit the production floor.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $22.85- $31.73/hr.

Hours: 4/10-1st Shift.

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with engineering first drafts in an assembly setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with electronic assembly and electrical testing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Electrostatic Discharge
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Cable Harness
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD, and IPC-WHMA-A-620
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Reading Engineering Drawings
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Need mechanical and electrical aptitude and the ability to determine when something needs to be rectified on an engineering drawing.
  • Team Player

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
