Overview

The Business Development Coordinator provides professional and administrative support to the firm's business development function. This position assists leadership and technical staff in identifying, organizing, and tracking potential business opportunities and client relationships. The role involves maintaining data accuracy within the firm's CRM, preparing reports and analytics, and coordinating meetings and materials that support informed business development decisions. This is a full-time position paid bi-weekly on a salary basis.

Responsibilities

    Support business development initiatives through coordination with internal leadership and subject matter experts.
  • Schedule, prepare, and facilitate internal meetings to develop client and opportunity strategies.
  • Enter, track, and maintain client and opportunity data in the firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Generate and analyze reports using CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct background research on potential leads, clients, and markets as directed.
  • Assist with preparation of client-focused materials and qualification documents.
  • Coordinate communication and meeting logistics between prospective clients, consultants, and internal staff.
  • Participate in firm-sponsored and community business development events as needed.
  • Coordinate with leadership to populate client and opportunity data in Parkhill's Client Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Assist in tailoring content to clients for qualification packages as needed.
  • Contact prospective clients and setup meetings with Parkhill team members.
  • Participate in outreach and business development activities in the communities we serve and pursue.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with data management, analytics, research, and report generation.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerBi.
  • Prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with demonstrated clear and professional communication.
  • Attention to detail with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and self-manage tasks from start to finish, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
