Bilingual Human Resource Coordinator

Our Human Resource Coordinators complete clerical duties for the human resources department. Main duties include providing administrative support to employees, assisting with recruiting candidates to fill open roles and providing assistance with payroll processing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all Team Members; collect time card information, edit time cards, enter PTO, etc
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation.
  • Coordinate and conduct benefit meetings with Team Members
  • Lead Wellness initiatives and plan Wellness activities
  • Maintain the Team Member Appreciation Budget
  • Coordinate Volunteer Events
  • Maintain Team recognition programs
  • Direct periodic communication to Team Members
  • Provide written communication to Team Members in a confidential manner
  • Maintain plant communication board
  • Provide assistance to plant management
  • Coordinate monthly plant meetings
  • Support the front desk

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in office environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a role requiring strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • UKG experience helpful

Travel

Local travel is expected for this position.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
