Sr. Inside Sales Account Representative


Who You'll Work With:

We manufacture one of the world's most extensive portfolios of connected products, including: PCs (ThinkPad, Yoga, Lenovo Legion), tablets, smartphones and workstations; as well as augmented and virtual reality (ThinkReality), smart home office solutions, software and services. In this role you will be supporting our Intelligent Device Group (IDG).

The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices. We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service solutions. What You'll Do:

*Support a large multinational technology company within the Global Accounts business.
*Uncover opportunities and own them end-to-end, strategically positioning the full portfolio of Lenovo products and solutions.
*Configure, price, negotiate, and quote sales solutions as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via phone and video conferencing platforms.
*Act as a mentor and trainer to new members of the team.


Basic Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
*3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.


Preferred Qualifications:

*Self-confident and assertive with strong organizational and planning skills.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
*Ability to penetrate, acquire, and transition opportunities.
*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
*Knowledge of IT industry and hardware portfolio.
*Ability to plan strategically and improve profitability.
*Leads by example for the 'We Are Lenovo' culture.
*Thought leadership - creates and executes new ideas and projects within the Inside organization.
