Your role at Baxter

  • Your role involves ensuring contract compliance through sophisticated analytical support and overseeing customers' performance to ensure they meet all contractual commitments. You'll proactively participate in processes and make recommendations for system refinements within the operations function.

  • You'll report to the Commercial Operations Manager.

  • You'll work out of the Deerfield, IL office.

What you'll be doing

  • Generating ad-hoc reports to analyze actual customer performance versus targeted customer performance.

  • Performs analysis for individual account performance to determine whether compliance related incentives should be paid for directly contracted agreements as assigned.

  • Supports term end business activities related to contract compliance obligations.

  • Participate in process innovation to develop/identify procedural gaps, drive for improvements, efficiencies, achieve results and improve customer relationships.

  • Demonstrate adherence with internal procedures, processes and values.

  • Participate in team and divisional projects as required.

  • Work closely with team members to support multiple segments of Medical Products and Therapies and Pharmaceutical functional areas.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or a commensurate level of experience.

  • At least 3 years related professional experience is preferred.

  • Previous database management experience required (Excel, Tableau).

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Planner (Power Automate experience a plus).

  • Once trained, should have the capability to work independently with minimal direction and handle an appreciable amount of latitude.

  • Possesses a broad knowledge of business operations (principles, practices and procedures).

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills are required.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and digital literacy required. Must be able to effectively interact and connect with all levels of management and employees within a team environment.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $64,000.00 - 88,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
