As the VP, Global FP&A, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to the CFO, executive leadership team, and business unit leaders. You will lead the global FP&A function, driving financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support across all regions and service lines. In this role, you will bring deep financial expertise, strong business acumen, and a collaborative leadership style to support the company's growth, profitability, and transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven market research environment. The base salary range for this position in is $225K-$250K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A competitive sales incentive program will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.The commission plan is designed to reward individuals for meeting and exceeding sales targets and plan details will be provided to candidates during the interview. | |
