Global VP of FP&A

As the VP, Global FP&A, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to the CFO, executive leadership team, and business unit leaders. You will lead the global FP&A function, driving financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support across all regions and service lines.

In this role, you will bring deep financial expertise, strong business acumen, and a collaborative leadership style to support the company's growth, profitability, and transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven market research environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Lead the global FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across regions and business units.

  • Serve as a key advisor to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team (E) on financial strategy, capital allocation, and ROI of strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models and scenario analyses to support M&A, product launches, and global expansion.

Performance Management & Business Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to develop financial plans aligned with strategic goals, providing actionable insights and decision support.

  • Establish and track KPIs, financial dashboards, and performance metrics to drive accountability and operational excellence.

  • Provide in-depth financial analysis on client profitability, pricing, and utilization across services and geographies.

Process Optimization & Systems

  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and tools (e.g., planning platforms, BI tools) to enhance speed, accuracy, and insight generation.

  • Ensure data consistency and alignment across finance, sales, and operations.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global FP&A team with a consistent approach across regions

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and business partnership within the finance function.

Champion talent development, succession planning, and DEI principles.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP or SVP level).

  • Industry experience in market research, data analytics, professional services or related B2B service sectors preferred.

  • Proven success leading FP&A in a global, matrixed, and client-centric organization.

  • Deep understanding of business drivers in a recurring revenue or project-based services model.

  • Strong command of financial systems

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.

The base salary range for this position in is $225K-$250K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A competitive sales incentive program will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.The commission plan is designed to reward individuals for meeting and exceeding sales targets and plan details will be provided to candidates during the interview.
