You will be instrumental in crafting the visual language that defines cutting-edge user experiences, making a tangible impact on the company's most visible moments.

What You'll Do:

* Collaborate closely with principal designers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to translate complex ideas into engaging visual narratives.

* Conceptualize, storyboard, design, and animate a diverse range of motion graphics projects, employing various styles and approaches to meet project deliverables.

* Develop well-conceived creative work that effectively implements strategic business and product objectives.

* Lead the creation of motion design ideas for product storytelling and marketing initiatives, from initial concept to final execution.

* Visualize and produce compelling graphics, animation, and visual narratives that resonate with a global audience.

* Edit and refine motion content to ensure the highest quality, consistency, and on-brand output.

* Actively participate in pitching creative ideas to designers and stakeholders, delivering impactful motion solutions that elevate the user experience.

Must-Have Qualifications:

* 6-8 years of professional experience within a design-led company, advertising agency, or in-house creative environment.

* Expert-level knowledge of visual storytelling principles through motion.

* Demonstrable fluency with industry-standard creative suite applications, including advanced motion graphics software, image manipulation tools, and vector graphics software.

* Proficiency with modern collaborative design platforms.

* Exceptional understanding of composition, timing, and rhythm in animation.

* Possession of an outstanding aesthetic sense and design sensibilities.

* Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

* Strong sense of rhythm, timing, and animation principles.

* Versatility in working across multiple animation styles, including 2D, 3D, and illustrative approaches.

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving, tackling challenges from multiple angles.

* Excellent collaborative skills, thriving in a team-oriented environment.

* Highly professional demeanor, with the ability to deliver solid work independently with minimal direction.

* A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion graphics, interaction design, art, film, broadcast, audio, media production, or a related field.

* **Submission Requirement:** Must submit a demo reel/portfolio website that clearly demonstrates your design and animation work.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

* Experience with 3D design software.

* Knowledge of professional video editing tools.

* Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

* Prior experience in a creative agency environment.

* Experience collaborating with top-tier creative studios.
