Summary: We are seeking an OT Network Engineer to assist with deployment, support, and remediation of Purdue Layers 2-4 infrastructure in refinery and pipeline environments. This is a hands-on role focused on executing network changes, working with legacy switching environments, and maintaining segmentation between industrial zones. The position includes travel and occasional after-hours support. Key Responsibilities: * Execute network changes and infrastructure tasks tied to refinery and pipeline projects. * Support rack-and-stack activities, cable routing, port patching, and documentation in active OT environments. * Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 switches (VLANs, trunking, STP loop prevention). * Apply firewall rule changes and interface updates on FortiGate or similar OT firewalls. * Maintain accurate diagrams, port maps, IP allocations, and interface assignments. * Respond to outages or critical escalations as part of on-call rotation. * Travel up to 20% to other sites. Required Qualifications: * 5+ years supporting OT or ICS networks in high-reliability industrial environments. * Proficiency with Layer 2 switching (Cisco), VLANs, trunk ports, EtherChannel, STP. * Familiarity with Purdue Model architecture (Layers 2-4). * Experience with Cisco switches and FortiGate firewalls. * Understanding of industrial safety protocols and PPE requirements. Preferred: * Experience in industrial IT settings (refineries, manufacturing, utilities). * Familiarity with SCADA/PLC systems and industrial cybersecurity frameworks.
