Position: Network Management Specialist Location: On-site, Northridge, CA - 8510 Balboa Blvd Suite 170, Northridge, CA 91325 About the Role In this role, you will help ensure seamless operations by managing provider data, coordinating with health plans, and assisting with special projects. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining efficiency and continuity within our network. Key Responsibilities * Manage provider data and credentialing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Support Health Plan / HPN Projects, assisting with provider enrollments, updates, and assignments. * Handle various special projects related to health plan IDs and operational improvements. * Utilize Excel for data entry and tracking, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting. * Assist with employment verifications and audits as needed. Qualifications & Skills Must-Have Skills: * Strong customer service and data entry abilities. * Proficiency in Excel, basic medical terminology, and data entry. Work Environment & Impact This role plays a critical part in sustaining network operations and supporting our provider community. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
