Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator I

Your Responsibilities:
* Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards
* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output
* Prepare inks for proper color and consistency
* Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity
* Check plates for correct format
* Visually inspect forms throughout the run for quality
* Coordinate with the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and reorganize as needed to meet changing deadlines
* Maintain knowledge of safety requirements for the job and equipment

Your Shift:
* Variable depending on need

You Must Have:
* Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances
* Strong math skills and attention to detail
* High mechanical aptitude
* Good reading ability

Requirements Within This Position:
* Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
* Constant operation of machinery and handling of print materials
* Frequent movement throughout the facility
* Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull, carry)

We Would Also Prefer:
* High School Diploma/GED
* Ability to work with very close tolerances
* Effective communication with team members
* Strong analytical skills
* Good color discernment
