Your Impact:
A Manager,Revenue Operations role at OpenText is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to impact lives.As a key contributor, you'll be instrumental in driving predictable bookings growth and operational excellence. This role partners with DRC Renewal Managers in achieving DRC business objectives and priorities through data-driven insights and scalable processes.
The primary responsibility is to manage four global Revenue Operations analysts who support DRC Renewal Reps in exceeding their quarterly and annual targets. Success requires developing reports and dashboards from multiple systems enabling DRC management to measure and improve operational efficiency using standard renewals KPIs. The Manager will prepare executive presentations highlighting DRC performance across key metrics.
This role is a trusted advisor and business partner to DRC leaders and Renewal Reps supporting the mission and priorities of the Renewals organization.

What the role offers:
Reporting to a Canada-based Director you will deliver on defined objectives, performance metrics within timelines. Key responsibilities include:
* Partner with DRC managers to build and continuously improve quarterly and annual forecast reports and KPI dashboards.
* Own all corporate reporting for DRC Renewals (e.g. weekly delivery of quarterly sales Renewals forecasts) with accuracy and consistency.
* Produce dashboards tracking Renewal Rep progress towards quarterly quotas
* Ensuring quarterly reports of Renewals closed to HR - ensuring these are accurate and complete in every detail given the importance to Rep's pay checks
* Maintain and evolve the Rules of Engagement (RoE) for Cybersecurity SMB New Sales and Renewals as well other LoBs as the DRC model expands
* Develop unified operational performance reports and dashboards for DRC managers.
* Coordinate annual planning activities with other Renewals teams as well as New Sales and Finance teams
* Deliver process consistency and high levels of quality for all reports
* Foster professional development of the analysts on the team ensuring high retention

What you need to succeed:
* 5+ years experience as a senior analyst in Renewal Operations with passion and in-depth understanding of cybersecurity, information management licences- and SaaS-business.
* Knowledge of, and demonstrated experience with, reporting and dashboarding with salesforce.com, PowerBI, Excel (nested formulas, power pivots).
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology (or equivalent experience).
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
* Ability to work smart on multiple, concurrent projects, lead a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Skilled at handing ad hoc requests influencing expectations for quick turnarounds
* Excellent communication skills for building relationships, and explaining business requirements
* Commitment to continuous process improvement

Salary Range: $94,780 - $155,710; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
