Position Summary:

Lead and support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across our manufacturing and warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, deliver impactful training, and drive a strong safety culture. Act as the primary contact for incident reporting and regulatory notifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct EHS training for new hires and contractors.
  • Facilitate monthly EHS committee meetings across all shifts.
  • Maintain OSHA, EPA/DNR, and DOT reporting (OSHA 300 logs, Tier II, Form R, Hazardous Waste, Hazardous Materials Registration).
  • Develop and update EHS programs and SOPs.
  • Deliver training on topics such as PPE, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Fire Safety, Forklift Operation, Ergonomics, Emergency Action Plans, and more.
  • Perform hazard assessments, industrial hygiene surveys, and PPE inventory management.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with MEA process for facility projects.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, or Chemistry preferred.
  • 3+ years in EHS within manufacturing; strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and related regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Lean Six Sigma and SAP preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish/French) highly desirable.
Physical & Functional Expectations
  • Ability to walk production floors, tolerate odors/heat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Flexible to work different shifts as needed.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $91,800.00 and $153,100.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
