Critical (must have)

1. Basic knowledge of electrical principles and safety practices.

2. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

3. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

4. Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.

5. Associate degree from an accredited institution. (Flexible based on experience)

Good to have (Plus)

1. Previous experience in high-voltage testing or electrical laboratory work.

2. Associate degree from an accredited institution.

3. Familiarity with IEEE/IEC test standards and high-voltage equipment

Job Title: US-Franksville-Test Technician Prepare and configure high-voltage test setups according to test plans and standards (IEEE/IEC).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Perform AC/DC dielectric, impulse, and related tests on electrical components.

Monitor test equipment, verify readings, and accurately record results in test logs and reports.

Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to all Client safety requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with 5S standards.

Complete and maintain test documentation and reports for traceability and audits.

Identify and report any anomalies or questionable results to the Supervisor.

Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree from an accredited institution. Preferred but flexible.

Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a high-voltage environment.

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Basic knowledge of electrical principles and safety practices.

Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.
